I am a general contractor based out of central NH. I was contacted a couple of months ago in regard to potential “partnering” on some upcoming projects I have/had on schedule. After a few weeks of pondering this I decided to give this relationship a GO! From the onset the wonderful management team from Schwanz Construction was communicative, resourceful and professional. I had a project located in Maine I needed to process before the winter. As most of us professional contractors are aware subcontracting work out is the norm. I contacted Pedro and his team and discussed the project in detail, we met and put this project on direct schedule. From the moment his team arrived I breathed a breath of fresh air. Impressive is a clear understatement. I placed my project manager in direct contact with Pedro’s and off to the races they went. Of course with every project arises some obstacles and some unforeseen challenges and the couple that did present themselves were met eagerly with resolve. Schwanz Construction was very responsive and worked very quickly. They provided pictures of their work and were responsive to questions and requests throughout. They were also very affordable. We will use their services in the future, and appreciate the hard work!

I used Schwanz Construction for a project a few weeks ago. Called to get a quote, they were able to show up two days later. Promised me the quote in three days, but gave it to me the next day. They were able to start the actual work a week later. Work was perfect. Even had a crew come in a few days after to verify my satisfaction. They are reasonably priced, started the work quickly and didn’t disrupt my house. Would use them again and recommend them to everyone.

This company came to our home, scraped and painted all of our exterior woodwork. They did a fantastic job. We did a walk around and found a few spots that needed to be touched up. Without hesitation they set some guys by to do the touch ups and it looks fabulous. Great company to work with, and we will use them for future projects.
